Position Title:
Strategic Account Manager

Position Location:
Atlanta, Georgia (Buckhead)

Position Overview:
GreenPrint’s new Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for building upon existing client relationships, growing current client’s portfolios, and integrating new clients into our platform. GreenPrint uses various marketing efforts – such as direct mail, grassroots, social media, online advertising, and more – to make consumers and business aware of its Reduced Emissions Fuel programs, and as Strategic Account Manager you will be the lead in ensuring these efforts are run effectively and succeed.

As a Strategic Account Manager, you will work with our Marketing and Sales divisions and will represent the entire range of company products and services to assigned clients and brands.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Establishes productive, professional relationships with key stakeholders in assigned customer accounts.
  • Coordinates the involvement of company personnel that includes support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
  • Proactively leads a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for accounts on a monthly basis.
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
  • Develops financial analysis reports on key accounts.
    Manages and oversees new client pilot, launches, and initiatives.

Skills/Knowledge/Qualifications:

  • Candidates must be professional and motivated to give 110% on every task he/she is assigned
  • Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings
  • Closely coordinates company executive involvement with account stakeholders
  • Must pay attention to detail, accomplish tasks in a timely and professional manner and able to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
  • Work well with others and be willing to learn

Position Title:
Marketing Coordinator

Position Location:
Atlanta, Georgia (Buckhead)

Position Overview:
As GreenPrint’s Marketing Coordinator you will be at the center of all the creative action! Working closely with the marketing team you will help to ensure all corporate and client creative projects are delivered on brand and on time. As a member of the marketing team you will also work closely with the accounts and business development teams gathering and translating information into strong creative assets.  With strong creative chops of your own, you will be instrumental in both the development and maintenance of creative templates. You will assist with the development and on-going management of creative assets from digital ads, social media content, campaign landing pages, email copy and print deliverables. Put simply in this role you will make things and keep them organized.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Customize branded templates with updated information to be used for multiple purposes, including presentations, proposals, etc.
  • Assist in the design of promotional material for events, like brochures, newsletters and videos
  • Assist in writing copy for marketing and communication material, including press releases, infographics, blog posts, and social media posts
  • Coordinate with team members to gather images, logos, account stats and content to use in various creative projects
  • Maintain and organize creative assets including – brand and product one sheets, digital ads, videos, images and infographics
  • Research and share best practices for driving brand awareness for both our brand and our client’s brands
  • Jump in, volunteer and seize opportunities to move projects forward whenever possible and as advised by leadership

Skills/Knowledge/Qualifications:

  • Required experience with Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign – Preferred but not necessary – Premiere and Aftereffects
  • Experience with creating and resizing digital assets for social media and web
  • Experience with WordPress
  • Strong document layout and typography skills
  • Portfolio examples
  • Experience with Mailchimp or other marketing automation tool
  • Excellent copy writing and editing skills
  • Strong Social media skills (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn)
  • Strong and adaptable creative POV
  • Strong business curiosity and creative problem solver
  • Team player and collaborative
  • Experience with Video/Motion Graphics (not required but preferred)
  • Degree or equivalent experience in graphic design/related field
